We would like to inform you that the delivery of goods throughout the territory of Latvia is free of charge if the total amount of the order is EUR 70.00 including VAT. If the amount of the order is less than EUR 70.00 including VAT, then the delivery fee is set at EUR 10.00, including VAT. The purchase delivery fee is added to the prepayment invoice or invoice. The delivery of goods takes place in accordance with the schedule of delivery of goods.
\nOrders must be placed no later than 2 (two) working days before the planned delivery time, in accordance with the schedule of delivery of goods.
\n1. Conditions for the purchase of goods by legal entities:<\/strong>
\n1.1. If you are a customer of SIA SELDING:<\/em><\/strong>
\n1.1.1. Log in to the website and place an order
\n1.1.2. If you have not yet concluded a contract with SIA SELDING, then after sending the order to us, you will receive an electronic copy of the order.
\n1.1.3. Do not pay for the order until the ADVANCE invoice is sent to your e-mail.
\n1.1.4. According to your order SIA SELDING will send an advance invoice for the ordered goods.
\n1.1.5. Please check the received advance invoice and pay the amount indicated therein.
\n1.1.6. If you have concluded a contract with SIA SELDING, then we, you will receive an electronic copy of the order.
\n1.1.7. The goods will be delivered to you by SIA SELDING in accordance with the schedule of delivery of goods.<\/p>\n

1.2. If you are not yet a customer of SIA SELDING\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
\n1.2.1. Click on \"register\", fill in the required fields and place your order.
\n1.2.2. After placing the order, you will receive an electronic copy of the order to the e-mail specified at the time of registration.
\n1.2.3. Do not pay for the order until the ADVANCE invoice is sent to your e-mail.
\n1.2.4. According to your order SIA SELDING will send an advance invoice for the ordered goods. Since you are a new customer of SIA SELDING, the advance invoice will be sent only on working days, during working hours
\n1.2.5. Please check the advance invoice and pay the amount indicated.
\n1.2.6. The goods will be delivered to you by SIA SELDING in accordance with the schedule of delivery of goods.
\n1.2.7. SIA SELDING representative will contact you as soon as possible and together you will agree on the conclusion of the cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n

2. Conditions for the purchase of goods by natural persons:<\/strong>
\n2.1. Rules for the purchase and return of goods purchased on the Internet, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a disclaimer is called a distance contract. <\/em><\/strong>
\n2.2. Distance contract.<\/em><\/strong>
\n2.2.1. The seller of the goods offered on the website www.selding.lv, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude a Distance Contract.
\n2.2.2. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered Goods and make payments in accordance with the terms of the Distance Contract.
\n2.2.3. Delivery and payment procedure.
\n2.2.3.1. The Buyer shall place an order for the goods on the website www.selding.lv, indicating the exact type and quantity of the goods ordered, as well as his\/her e-mail address and telephone number.
\n2.2.3.2. The Seller shall prepare and send to the Buyer by the indicated e-mail an advance invoice corresponding to the order made by the Buyer.
\n2.2.3.3. The advance invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Buyer shall pay for the order.
\n2.2.4. Guarantee.
\n2.2.4.1. www.selding.lv offers the goods with a warranty in accordance with the warranty conditions of the manufacturer of the goods, taking into account Section 27 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
\n2.2.5. Right of withdrawal.
\n2.2.5.1. If you have changed your mind and decided to refuse the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the regulatory Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 \"Regulations on Distance Contracts\" (Cabinet Regulation No. 255) stipulate that the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store www.selding.lv to the seller. Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that, when refusing to purchase, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of withdrawal rights. We recommend keeping the original packaging of the goods so that, when exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods are not externally mechanically damaged. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept goods that are damaged or not in full set. To agree on returning the goods, please contact us by e-mail: selding@selding.lv, sending a request for a reason for refusal, indicating the order number and date, account number and amount.
\n2.2.5.2. The Buyer has the right to try on the relevant item during the period of withdrawal in order to make sure that it meets the Buyer's needs and wishes. Remember! During the period of withdrawal, the Buyer has the right to use the item only to the extent necessary for visual inspection (to the same extent as it could be done before purchasing the item in a regular store).
\n2.2.5.3. In exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is responsible for using the goods beyond the purpose of checking the goods, for using the goods during the period of withdrawal in a manner inconsistent with the principle of good faith, as well as for reducing the value and quality of the goods. The Seller must return the goods in the same quality as when they were received. The goods must not be used, all production markings and packaging must be preserved.
\n2.2.5.4. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of sending the withdrawal form.
\n2.2.5.5. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal and it is not related to the non-compliance of the relevant product or service with the terms of the contract, then the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs related to the return of the product.
\n2.2.5.6. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall be obliged to return to the Buyer all payments made (except for the Delivery Costs) as soon as possible, but not later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date when the Buyer has sent a written withdrawal. The Seller shall return the money only to the bank account indicated in the withdrawal form, and if the goods have been returned within the specified time limit.
\n2.2.5.7. The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal when concluding a distance contract:
\n1) the goods are clearly damaged;
\n2) the goods are ordered or made according to the Buyer's instructions or the goods are clearly personalized (for example, goods are made according to the Buyer's individual parameters).<\/p>\n

2.3. To make a purchase on the website www.selding.lv, click \"register\", fill in the required fields and place an order.<\/strong>
\n2.3.1. After placing the order, you will receive an electronic copy of the order to the e-mail specified at the time of registration.
\n2.3.2. Do not pay for the order until the ADVANCE invoice is sent to your e-mail.
\n2.3.3. According to your order, SIA SELDING will send an advance invoice for the ordered goods. The advance invoice will be sent only on working days, during working hours.
