Packaging: 10L, pH 2. Application: for rinsing dishes and equipment in industrial dishwashers in food industry companies (bakeries and meat processing plants), restaurant, hotel and canteen kitchens. Suitable for glass, porcelain, plastic, stainless steel, aluminium and cutlery. Suitable for rinsing transport baskets and containers. Very good rinsing properties. Does not leave streaks and drops. Perfectly wets the dishes. Suitable for any material. Especially suitable for hard water. Very concentrated, so economical. Use and dosage: dose with an automatic dosing device 0.1 – 0.3 ml/ per liter, depending on the amount of dishes and water hardness.
