Packaging: 5L (6.3 kg), pH 13.5. Concentrated alkaline detergent with improved degreasing action. Environmentally friendly formulation, free of EDTA and phosphates. Effective in any hardness water, even osmotic. Anti-foaming formulation. Method of use: for use only in professional machines, we recommend the use of automatic dosing systems. Dosage: 0-15°f: 1g/15-25°f: 1,5- 2,5g/>25°f: 2,5–3,5 g per 1 litre, depending on the hardness of the water and the degree of dirtiness. The recommended dose allows savings and minimises environmental impact. Compared to diluted products, a very small amount of this product is sufficient. Do not use on aluminium products. Complies with H.A.C.C.P. (approved for use in FOOD).
