Packaging: 10L, pH 14. FOAMING. Suitable for all alkali-resistant ovens, stoves, grills and CONVECTION ovens. Especially suitable for cleaning VERTICAL surfaces with FOAM. Cleans oil, fat and protein burns as well as food residues left after baking and grilling. Certified for use in food production. Use only on cooled surfaces. Use and dosage: for manual cleaning 250-1000ml / 10l water, with a foam gun 1:3 to 1:5 water. Complies with H.A.C.C.P. (approved for use in FOOD).
