Packaging: 600ml, pH 14. FOAMING. Suitable for all alkali-resistant ovens, stoves, grills and CONVECTION ovens. Especially suitable for cleaning VERTICAL surfaces with FOAM. Removes oil, fat and protein burns as well as food residues left after baking and grilling. Certified for use in food production. Complies with H.A.C.C.P. (approved for use in FOOD).
