Packaging: 500gr (pack of 25 tablets), pH 12. Tablets for cleaning professional deep fryers, deep fryer baskets, steel accessories. Innovative product that quickly removes oil and burnt grease, making surfaces clean and shiny with boiling water and a tablet. Use: deep fryers and its steel accessories. Instructions for use: empty the oil from the deep fryer. Fill with water. Place the tablet in the water and boil for 20 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water and leave to dry. Dosage: 1 tablet for household deep fryers, 2 tablets for small deep fryers (15L), 3 tablets for large deep fryers (25L), 2/3 tablets for degreasing metal parts depending on the degree of dirt.
